🌟 Staff Stories: Why Rayanne Chose Creating Brighter Futures

Rayanne is a Behavior Technician at Creating Brighter Futures, and she’s working toward becoming a BCBA — a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. With prior experience supporting adults on the autism spectrum, she knew she wanted to expand her skill set and gain hands-on experience with early intervention. She found exactly what she was looking for — and more — when she joined the team.

As a Behavior Technician, Rayanne works one-on-one with children throughout the day, helping them build communication skills, emotional regulation, and independence through play-based ABA therapy. Whether they’re painting, singing, or learning to take turns, every moment is guided by trust, connection, and personalized support.

What stands out to Rayanne is the positive, structured environment that fosters real growth — for both the kids and the staff. She values how collaborative the team is, and how invested the BCBAs are in mentoring technicians. She never feels like she’s doing this alone; there’s always someone available to guide, teach, or just lend encouragement.

Rayanne also highlights how much she’s grown personally and professionally. The tools and support she’s gained at Creating Brighter Futures have strengthened her confidence as she works toward her long-term goal of becoming a BCBA. But just as importantly, the work has filled her days with meaning.

“You celebrate every win here. The growth is real — and you get to be part of that. It’s amazing.”

Rayanne’s story shows how Creating Brighter Futures isn’t just a great place to work — it’s a place to grow, to be supported, and to do work that matters deeply every single day.
