Morgan is a Behavior Technician at Creating Brighter Futures who started with one goal in mind: to find meaningful work helping others. She wasn’t sure what ABA therapy would be like at first — but it didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the kids, the work, and the environment.

In her role, Morgan spends her days working one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy. From story time and sensory games to skill-building and emotional support, she’s constantly adjusting to meet each child’s individual needs. Her favorite part is forming real bonds with the kids — earning their trust and celebrating every win, no matter how small.

She’s especially passionate about early intervention and how it lays the groundwork for long-term growth. Whether she’s helping a child learn how to wave, speak a new word, or follow a new routine, Morgan sees each step as progress — and being part of that is what drives her.
