🌟 Staff Stories: Why Victoria Chose Creating Brighter Futures
Victoria is a Behavior Technician at Creating Brighter Futures, and she’s always had a passion for working with children. With a psychology degree and a calm, positive presence, she was searching for a role that combined purpose with growth — and found it in ABA therapy.
At Creating Brighter Futures, Victoria works one-on-one with children to help them build communication, independence, and confidence. Her sessions are filled with play, encouragement, and structure — whether she’s helping a child request a toy, participate in group circle time, or regulate their emotions. She loves celebrating the little milestones and being part of each child’s unique journey.
What stood out to Victoria right away was the training and support she received from day one. Even though she didn’t have prior ABA experience, the hands-on coaching, collaborative team environment, and ongoing feedback made her feel prepared and empowered. She never felt like she had to figure it out alone — and that support continues every day.
Victoria also values how positive and encouraging the workplace culture is. Everyone celebrates each other’s wins, jumps in to help when needed, and genuinely wants what’s best for the kids. She’s learned so much since starting and has grown more confident not just in her professional skills, but in her sense of purpose.
“This job has made me more patient, more empathetic, and more proud of the work I do.”
Victoria’s story shows how Creating Brighter Futures is more than just a job — it’s a place to grow, to connect, and to be part of something bigger than yourself. If you’re looking for meaningful work with a team that cares, she believes this is the perfect place to start.
