Jessica Irish is the Co-Owner and Clinical Director of Creating Brighter Futures — and her journey into this work began long before the center ever opened its doors. With a master’s degree in behavior analysis and years of hands-on experience in the field, Jessica felt called to create something truly impactful: a place where meaningful therapy and meaningful connection could go hand in hand.

She didn’t just want a clinic — she wanted a community. One where families could feel supported from day one, where children could grow with joy and confidence, and where the staff could thrive in a collaborative, encouraging environment. So alongside her business partner (a silent co-owner), Jessica took the lead in building that vision from the ground up.

From developing individualized therapy programs to guiding her clinical team, Jessica is deeply involved in every aspect of the care delivered at Creating Brighter Futures. But she’s just as committed to shaping the staff experience. She believes that when you take care of your team, they’re able to give their best to the families — and that philosophy is felt in every hallway, session, and team meeting.

Jessica understands that Behavior Technicians come from all kinds of backgrounds — and that not everyone walks in the door feeling confident. That’s why she’s built a structure that prioritizes mentorship, hands-on support, and a genuine belief in each person’s potential. She doesn’t just lead the team — she walks alongside them.

She also speaks passionately about the power of early intervention. Jessica knows what’s possible when children are met with the right tools, encouragement, and people — and she’s made it her mission to build a center that brings all of that to life.
