🌟 Staff Stories: Why Danielle Chose Creating Brighter Futures
Danielle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Creating Brighter Futures — and one of the senior leaders on the clinical team. She was drawn to the field through her early work as a behavior technician, where she discovered just how powerful ABA therapy could be in helping children grow, connect, and thrive.
Now, as a BCBA, Danielle meets directly with families to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs. She oversees therapy programs and supports both the children and the staff working with them. Danielle also mentors future BCBAs who are completing their graduate programs — something she’s passionate about, having walked that path herself.
She especially loves seeing progress unfold over time — when a child builds confidence, gains independence, or achieves a breakthrough on something they once struggled with. Those moments remind her why she chose this work in the first place.
Danielle is known for her calm, approachable style and her ability to bring out the best in both kids and coworkers. She finds joy in helping each child discover what motivates them — whether that’s bubbles, music, or simply positive one-on-one connection.
What she values most about Creating Brighter Futures is the strong, supportive team culture. The organization invests in staff training and growth, and Danielle feels grateful to be surrounded by people who truly care — not just about the kids, but about each other.
“It’s amazing to see the progress they make — and to know you’re part of that journey.”
Danielle’s story is a great example of how Creating Brighter Futures helps passionate professionals grow into strong, confident leaders — while making a real difference in the lives of the families they serve.
