Paige is a Behavior Technician at Creating Brighter Futures, and she’s always known she wanted to work with children. With a degree in child development and hands-on experience in various learning environments, she was looking for a way to go deeper — to connect with kids individually and help them grow in meaningful ways. She found that at Creating Brighter Futures.

In her role, Paige works one-on-one with children to build essential life skills using play-based ABA therapy. Whether it’s sharing a favorite toy, encouraging a child through a new task, or just offering a calming presence, she meets every moment with compassion and creativity. Her sessions are full of energy, joy, and purpose — designed to help children feel safe, seen, and supported.

Paige especially values the personal growth she’s experienced since joining the team. Through training, mentorship, and daily collaboration, she’s become more confident not just in the science of ABA, but in her own ability to make a lasting impact.
