🌟 Meet Paige — Supporting Kids with Trust, Play, and Progress
When Paige first took a job as an RBT, she thought it might be a temporary step. “I figured playing with kids wouldn’t be too hard,” she laughs. But the moment she got started, everything changed — and now she’s fully committed to a career in ABA therapy.
Paige works one-on-one with children, helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills using personalized programs created by BCBAs. “We follow their lead — whether that’s jumping, coloring, or just exploring — and we build from there,” she explains.
She specializes in natural environment teaching, letting kids learn through play and real-life routines instead of rigid drills. “The goal is to make therapy feel like a safe, fun space where kids can just be themselves and grow naturally,” she says.
While she doesn’t speak with parents directly, Paige plays a crucial role in collecting and recording data in real time during each session. That detailed information is shared with families every day so they can stay involved and informed. “It’s powerful for parents to see progress in numbers — especially when it adds up to big changes over time,” she adds.
One of her favorite parts of the job is seeing children hit major milestones — especially when a child who was nonverbal starts using full sentences. “Moments like that are incredible. You see how far they’ve come, and it makes everything worth it.”
Paige also loves the work environment at Creating Brighter Futures. “We support each other, and leadership genuinely cares — not just about the work, but about us as people.”
At Creating Brighter Futures, Paige helps children feel safe, understood, and celebrated — creating joyful learning moments that build confidence and real progress, one meaningful step at a time.
