🌟 Meet Madeline — Creating Space for Growth, Confidence, and Joy

Madeline joined Creating Brighter Futures during a challenging time in her life, looking for a fresh start. “The moment I walked in, I felt the warmth and support — it just felt like the right place to be,” she says.

She started as a Registered Behavior Technician and was later promoted to Group Facilitator. It was her first time working directly with children on the autism spectrum — and she quickly fell in love with the work.

Madeline worked one-on-one and in group settings, helping children build essential life skills through intentional play and personalized therapy. “We always let the child lead. That’s how we build trust and make learning feel fun,” she shares.

She found deep meaning in seeing children express preferences, engage with others, and reach small milestones — like saying “yes” or “no” with confidence. “Those moments matter. They show growth, independence, and a child discovering their voice.”

Madeline also helped keep parents connected, sending home daily notes and updates that reflected each child’s progress and goals. She worked closely with BCBAs to make sure parents’ wishes were central to each plan.

Though she’s moved on to a different field, Madeline still feels deeply connected to the Creating Brighter Futures community. “It changed my life,” she says. “The team supported me through so much, and I’d come back in a heartbeat.”

At Creating Brighter Futures, Madeline helped create a joyful, welcoming space where every child could grow, be seen, and thrive at their own pace — surrounded by a team that truly cares.
