🌟 Meet Rayanne — Guiding Growth Through Play, Trust, and Early Support
Rayanne first worked with adults on the autism spectrum, but it was her move into early intervention at Creating Brighter Futures that shifted her entire path. “I knew I wanted to become a BCBA, and I needed to understand how to support kids from the start,” she says. Two years in, she’s never looked back.
Rayanne works one-on-one with children, following customized programs designed by BCBAs and using natural environment teaching — blending learning into play so therapy feels fun and engaging. “We build trust first,” she explains, “then use their interests to help them grow.”
Each session is tracked in real time using Central Reach, and parents receive printed daily sheets showing exactly what was worked on and how their child is progressing. While she doesn’t lead parent communication directly, her role is key in delivering the data and insight families rely on.
Rayanne is passionate about the power of early support. “Teaching kids social, communication, and daily living skills early on sets the foundation for everything that follows — school, friendships, independence.” She’s seen how small steps can lead to huge changes.
She also loves the team at Creating Brighter Futures. “Everyone here truly cares. We collaborate, adjust when needed, and celebrate every win together.”
At Creating Brighter Futures, Rayanne helps turn everyday moments into meaningful progress — giving children the tools, confidence, and care they need to thrive at their own pace.
