🌟 Meet Jessica — Leading with Compassion, Connection, and Clinical Excellence

Jessica Irish is the Clinical Director and Co-Owner of Creating Brighter Futures — and the heart behind everything we do. With a deep background in ABA therapy and a passion for helping families, Jessica helped build this center with a clear mission: to create a place where children feel safe, supported, and celebrated exactly as they are.

From day one, her goal was to combine clinical excellence with genuine compassion — blending evidence-based practices with joyful, individualized care that meets families where they are. She believes therapy shouldn’t feel cold or clinical — it should feel warm, welcoming, and deeply personal.

As the clinical lead, Jessica oversees each child’s care plan, collaborates closely with families to set meaningful goals, and mentors the entire team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians to ensure every session is consistent, intentional, and rooted in trust. Whether your child is learning to tie their shoes, ask for help, or make a new friend, Jessica makes sure they’re growing in confidence every step of the way.

Parents often say what sets Jessica apart is her ability to truly listen. She makes sure every voice is heard — not just the data, but your concerns, your hopes, and your everyday challenges. From personalized parent training to clear communication and updates, she’s there to guide and encourage your family every step of the way.

Jessica’s leadership has helped shape Creating Brighter Futures into more than just a therapy center — it’s a close-knit community where families find support, where children build lasting skills, and where joy is a part of the process. She’s not just overseeing care — she’s walking alongside each child’s journey, cheering on every win and helping create a brighter future, one family at a time.
