🌟 Meet Kamaria — Helping Kids Grow Through Joyful Connection

When your child begins therapy, you’re looking for someone who sees your child for who they are — someone who makes learning fun, progress meaningful, and each day feel safe and supported.

That’s exactly what Kamaria brings to Creating Brighter Futures.

Kamaria is a Behavior Technician who began her career as a preschool teacher. “I loved working with kids,” she says, “but I wanted to do more — to really support their growth in a deeper, more personal way.” After hearing about ABA therapy from friends, she made the leap and hasn’t looked back.

Each day, Kamaria works one-on-one with children to build essential life skills through individualized therapy and play-based learning. “We might be coloring, jumping on the trampoline, or reading books — but behind that is real learning and connection,” she shares. “The more fun and trust we build, the more progress we see.”

She follows personalized treatment plans created by BCBAs, tracks each child’s progress using Central Reach, and regularly collaborates with the team to make sure each child’s goals are supported and updated.

Kamaria finds joy in the small wins — from helping a child learn to say “hi” to seeing them feel confident in a group setting. “ABA gives kids tools to be successful in everyday life — whether that’s in school, at a birthday party, or just playing with a friend,” she says.

She also believes in strong parent partnership. Every day, families receive go-home notes, printed data, and tips for practicing at home. “We want parents to feel included and encouraged, not just informed,” Kamaria says. “They’re such an important part of the process.”

She describes Creating Brighter Futures as a place where “everyone knows the kids personally and truly cares about them.” The support she’s received as a team member is what allows her to show up confidently for every child, every day.

At Creating Brighter Futures, your child won’t just be another client. With Kamaria and the team, they’ll be known, supported, and celebrated — one small success and one joyful moment at a time.
