💙 Parent Voices: A Warm Start That Made All the Difference

When Jeremy and his family moved back to Michigan from North Carolina, they were searching for answers — and for the right environment to support their son, Jake. After looking at a few other ABA centers, one thing became clear: many felt cold, clinical, and disconnected.

Then they visited Creating Brighter Futures.

Right away, something was different. It felt welcoming. Personal. Like people genuinely knew each other — and cared. That warmth mattered to Jeremy. And it mattered to Jake, too.

Over the next three years, Jake blossomed. The team not only worked with him on the fundamentals — speech, fine motor skills, behavior — but gave him the confidence and structure he needed to make the leap into a classroom environment. Today, he's thriving in school, building social skills, and continuing to grow more independent every year.

Jeremy points to the collaborative spirit at Creating Brighter Futures as one of the biggest strengths. As a parent, he always felt heard. The team regularly checked in, adjusted goals based on Jake’s evolving needs, and treated him and his wife as true partners. They even coordinated directly with Jake’s school to help ensure a smooth transition and consistent support.

Looking back, Jeremy says the environment made all the difference. Creating Brighter Futures gave Jake a solid foundation — and gave their family the peace of mind they had been searching for.
