This Week in Group: DINOSAURS!

We had a lot of fun in group this week. Madolin, our Group Facilitator, did a fantastic job planning dinosaur themed activities for all the kids. Our younger clients had the chance to "pin-the-tail" on the dinosaur & learn a dinosaur dance. Our older client created their own fossils and then examined them later in the week!

Everyone had the chance to learn about various types of dinosaurs, and if they eat plants or meat. The kids did great participating and learning together! Apart from having fun, we work on various skills during group time:

• Passing items to peers
• Raising your hand
• Following instructions (e.g., stand up, push in chair)
• Waiting your turn
• Answering questions using vocals or device
