CBF would like to give a huge congratulations to Danielle Hart, our newest Case Manager on the Early Intervention side!
Danielle has proven herself to be an awesome, consistent, and reliable employee during her time here. Our management team says, “Danielle has a natural way with children that draws them to her. She has a positive nature and works collaboratively with the entire team. We love her, the kids love her, and she is going to make a great clinician!”
I sat down and talked with Danielle to find out a little bit more about her. When asked what her favorite thing about working at CBF is she said, “The kids. They are all unique and it is a different experience every day.”
Danielle went into ABA after a professor of hers told her that she would be excellent at it. At the time, she had a friend who worked at CBF so she applied here. She says that she is, “thankful that I’m here. I love my job and I love coming to work.”
Danielle got promoted to Case Manager at the same time as starting an ABA graduate program. She says she was nervous but excited to take on the new responsibility. She is planning to be in the field long-term and will make an excellent BCBA!
When asked what the most rewarding part of her day is, she said, “seeing a kid finally grasp what we have been working on (possibly for months) no matter how ‘small’ it may seem. It’s the little things.”
Thank you for being you, Danielle! We are so blessed to have you on our team!
