Exciting News! Creating Brighter Futures has a new Co-Owner!
To Families & Friends of Creating Brighter Futures,
We are excited to announce that Jacki Mayowski is now a Co-Owner of Creating Brighter Futures! Jacki has made an enormous impact on the clients, the employees, and the company as a whole in the short time that she has been a part of our team.
Jacki has been an integral part in restructuring our staff hierarchy to allow growth for our current employees as well as growth for the company. Her assistance in streamlining our processes while ensuring we can keep our mission of providing quality behavioral therapy, has allowed us to open new positions within the company. Over the course of the next few months we will be developing two Behavioral Health Specialist positions. They will work under the supervision of a BCBA and will maintain a caseload of clients; thus, allowing us to provide services to more individuals than previously possible.
Jacki brought with her a wealth of knowledge from her previous jobs in the mental health field, which has provided CBF with new insight on how to improve collaboration with other providers. It is through her networking that we were able to hire a consultant last year to assist us in developing our current speech program.
In addition, Jacki was the driving force behind developing our PEERS program from the training she received at UCLA. She spearheaded the task of training our staff, developing class materials and videos as well as getting the word out that we were offering the program. Because of her hard work and dedication, we have had two successful 14-week session programs for teens on the spectrum.
It is her daily devotion to our clients progress as well as the reasons listed that we are so fortunate that Jacki has decided to sign on with our company for the long-haul! We believe that she is a great addition to our partnership and we are looking forward to continuing our mission of Creating Brighter Futures.
