CBF is Hiring RBTs & Speech Pathologists!

Do you love working with children? Creating Brighter Futures is hiring behavior technicians and speech-language pathologists! We are hiring for full and part-time positions (RBT only) during the hours of 8-6:30pm Monday-Friday. 

At CBF, we provide center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children who have with autism or other developmental disorders, ages 2-18 years old. Our goal is to provide the skills, teaching environments, and learning opportunities necessary to improve the quality of life for each of our clients. Each child will receive the best individualized, evidence-based treatments available. All treatment is administered by well-trained behavioral technicians and supervised by an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

RBT Candidates must be enthusiastic and enjoy working with children who have developmental disabilities. On-the-job training and frequent supervision is provided to promote growth as a technician. Opportunities for professional growth are available.

Speech Language Pathologists will be primarily responsible for the speech and language evaluation and treatment of children ages 2-18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other speech needs. SLP will also collaborate with BCBAs and technicians to help improve language use during therapy.
